Truck Pulls

Northern Kentucky Event Added to Paducah & Lexington in 2017

17truckpullHow strong is your team? Get ready to gather a team of 15 of your coworkers, friends or neighbors and flex your muscles for Special Olympics Kentucky at one of three 2017 Truck Pulls.

The Truck Pull is coming off another record year and we are ready to roll in Kentucky again in 2017. The Paducah Big Brown Truck Pull will kick off the season when it takes to the streets of lower Broadway on Saturday, August 5. Lexington follows a few weeks later when the Big Brown Truck returns to the Texas Roadhouse in Beaumont Centre on Saturday, August 26.

This year, we add a third Truck Pull in Northern Kentucky in conjunction with our friends at DHL and Wayfair. Details are still being worked out, but look for a September date to be announced soon.

The Truck Pull provides a great team-building experience for companies and organizations. It features teams of 15 raising a minimum contribution and vying to see how fast they can pull a loaded UPS 18-wheeler 12 feet. Prizes are awarded to the fastest pulls in men’s, women’s and co-ed divisions, as well as to top fundraisers and to the teams with the most team spirit and the best team t-shirt.
