1. GRAND PRIZE: One-week stay in a 3-bedroom condominium at Orange Lake Country Club, $1,000 Disney Gift Card, a Basket of Goodies, $500 Visa gift card for travel expenses. Total Value: $3,500.00.

2. Each ticket costs $10.00. More than one person may share in the raffle ticket purchase, but names need to be listed on the ticket. No organization/business name should be placed on the ticket.
3. No more than 5,000 tickets will be sold.
4. ELIGIBILITY: The Raffle is open to all persons age 18 and over who are legal U.S. residents physically residing in the United States and DC. Officers, Board of Directors and employees of Special Olympics Kentucky, its agents, consultants, attorneys, independent accountant firms, and an employee’s or board member’s spouse, parent, child, sibling, or any other persons involved with this promotion are not eligible for any and all prizes.
5. Each numbered raffle ticket stub will be placed in a raffle ticket container for the drawing.
6. Special Olympics Kentucky shall appoint a single individual who will be responsible for maintaining control and security of all raffle ticket stubs. Such individual shall certify that all raffle tickets purchased have their stubs in the raffle ticket container from which the winning raffle ticket will be drawn.
7. The Raffle will begin April 1, 2023. The public drawing will be on Friday, July 12, 2024 at 2:00PM EST. Drawing Location: Special Olympics Kentucky State Office in Frankfort.
8. You need not be present to win.
9. Winner will be notified by phone or certified mail, if necessary, by July 19, 2024 (within 7 days of drawing).
10. The winner will be responsible for picking up the prizes. Special Olympics Kentucky will not be responsible for prize delivery. The winner can pick up the prizes at the Special Olympics Kentucky State Office in Frankfort, KY or in the Louisville, KY office. If needed, items can be shipped with winner being responsible for shipping costs.
11. The Raffle winner must claim their prize within 30 days from the date the notification is mailed or a new winner will be selected.
12. The Raffle winner is responsible for any taxes.
13. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
14. Proceeds of the Raffle are for the benefit of Special Olympics Kentucky, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization registered with the Secretary of State of Kentucky. LIC#ORG0000236
