Each ticket will cost $10.00. More than one person may share in the raffle ticket purchase but names need to be listed on ticket. No organization name should be placed on the ticket.
No more than 5,000 tickets will be sold.
Eligibility. The Raffle is open to all persons age 18 and over who are legal U.S. residents physically residing in the United States and DC. Officers, board of directors and employees of Special Olympics Kentucky, its agents, consultants, attorneys, independent accountant firms, and an employees’ or board members spouse, parent, child or sibling or any other persons involved with this promotion are not eligible for any and all prizes.
Each numbered Raffle ticket stub will be placed in the Raffle ticket container.
Special Olympics Kentucky shall appoint a single individual who will be responsible for maintaining control and security of all of the Raffle ticket stubs. Such individual shall certify that all Raffle tickets purchased have their stub in the container of stubs from which the winning Raffle ticket will be drawn.
The raffle start will be April 1, 2021, and end on July 8, 2022. The public drawing will be on Friday, July 8, 2022. Drawing Location: Special Olympics Kentucky State Office located Frankfort, KY. Drawing Time will be 2:00 p.m.
You need not be present to win.
Winner will be notified by phone or certified mail if necessary by July 15, 2022 (within 7 days of drawing).
The winner will be responsible for the pick-up of the prizes. Special Olympics Kentucky will not be responsible for delivery of the prizes. The winner can pick-up the prizes up at the Special Olympics Kentucky State Office Frankfort, KY or arrange for shipping at the cost to the winner.
The Raffle Winner must claim prize within 30 days from the date notification is mailed or a new winner will be selected.
The Raffle winner is responsible for any taxes.
The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
