Stay Active During Our Time Off

Stay ActiveFirst and foremost, we hope everyone is doing as well as possible during these very tough times. We hope all of you know that we are with you, and are doing everything we possibly can to ensure our athletes are taken care of during this time. Having said that, we understand that times like these can be very mentally draining, so we want to make sure that we provide everyone with a few different ways to stay as positive and upbeat as possible. In addition to staying active and eating properly, please do not forget how important it is to practice good hygiene.
