SUMMARY:Brad Harkleroad Memorial State Swim Meet
DESCRIPTION:Due to construction at Eastern Kentucky University\, the State Swim Meet will be held as a stand-alone event for the first-time in many years. The meet is named in memory of longtime Special Olympics Kentucky swimmer — and two-time World Games participant — Brad Harkleroad of the Louisville Stingrays who passed away last summer. \nThe Meet will be a two-day event with relays and developmental events held on Friday\, May 19\, and all individual short course events held on Saturday\, May 20. \nAthletes qualified for the meet by competing in two of four qualifying swim meets — Northern Kentucky\, Asbury\, Falling Springs and Owensboro. \nFriday\, May 19 – Relays and Developmental events \nFriday\, May 20 – Individual Short Course events.
