Effective October 1 no athlete medical forms will be accepted the day of the event. All medicals MUST be submitted by the deadline of Thursday at 4:30 p.m. prior to the event. This is to ensure the safety of the athlete and making sure the medical is valid and all necessary signatures are obtained. All coaches/delegations are given adequate notice regarding missing medicals. If you are unsure of an athlete’s medical status, please check with Renee at the state office prior to a sports season.
