How strong is your team? Get ready to gather a team of 15 of your coworkers, friends or neighbors and flex your muscles for Special Olympics Kentucky at one of three 2024 Truck Pulls.
The Lexington Truck Pull will kick off the season when it returns to the Texas Roadhouse in Beaumont Centre on Saturday, August 15. The Special Olympics Truck Pull rolls into Paducah later in the year on September 19 at Four Rivers Harley-Davidson.
In Louisville the Truck Pull presented by BrightSpring Health Services returns for the third year Oct. 11 at BrightSpring’s east end offices.
The Truck Pull provides a great team-building experience for companies and organizations. It features teams of 15 raising a minimum contribution and vying to see how fast they can pull either a loaded UPS 18-wheeler or a fire truck 12 feet. Prizes are awarded to the fastest pulls in men’s, women’s and co-ed divisions, as well as to top fundraisers and to the teams with the most team spirit and the best team t-shirt.
You can learn more about the Lexington and Louisville events at their respective Captains Kickoff Meetings. The Lexington Captains Kickoff will be Thursday, May 28, at the Professional Firefighters IAAF Local 526 Hall. The Louisville Captains Kickoff will be Friday, July 24, at BrightSpring.
Registration will be open soon for all three events.
