Kentucky’s Most Legendary Golf Event Returns Sept. 24

Kentucky’s Most Legendary Golf Event returns for its 24th year when the SOLD OUT Texas Roadhouse Armadillo Classic hits the links at Quail Chase Golf Club in Louisville on, Wednesday, Sept. 24. One of the most exciting, fun-filled golf events on the calendar, the Texas Roadhouse Armadillo Classic is one of the biggest fundraising events of the year and one of the largest and longest-running corporate support events for our program.

Hundreds of golfers will be on hand in morning and afternoon fights.

In addition to golf, food and drinks, there will be on-course prizes for longest drive, closest to the pin and others. Special Olympics athletes will also be on the course to greet athletes and even lend a helping hand to the golfers.

All funds raised benefit Special Olympics Kentucky.

The Texas Roadhouse Armadillo Classic is one of the largest fundraising events of the year and has raised more than $2.5 million for Special Olympics in its first 23 years. The Classic’s success has made Texas Roadhouse a Special Olympics Kentucky year-round partner and our largest single supporter. In addition to the Armadillo Classic, many Texas Roadhouse restaurants support Special Olympics Kentucky through events like the Polar Plunge, Big Brown Truck Pull, Plane Pull or Law Enforcement Torch Run Tip-A-Cop events.
