Submissions Due April 30

We’re excited once again to celebrate and showcase the artistic talents of our athletes in the 2026 Summer Games Art Competition. Now is the time to get your submission in to participate this year.

Artists can produce any type of media, so use your imagination (and what you already have at home).

Here are this year’s competition rules:

1. Send your entries via email to Snehal Kolekar at skolekar@soky.org.  Please include with your emailed photo of art the athlete’s name, age and local program/delegation.
2. All entries must be original: traced, color by number, or copied pictures will NOT be judged.
3. Artists MUST do their own work.  Group projects will NOT be judged.
4. Artists can submit 1 piece of artwork.
5. The Art Competition is co-ed and divisional by art category and age group.
6. All entries will be judged on: Originality, Craftsmanship, and Overall Aesthetic.
7. Each entry must include the Art Entry form. The form must be completed in its entirety and submitted with the artwork. If you need a paper form, let us know, and we will send one for you to fill out and return to be entered.
8. Artwork without an entry form will NOT be judged.
9. Artwork must be created any time from August 2025 to April 2026
10. The deadline for entering artwork is close of business on APRIL 30, 2026.

LexArts’s Director of Art, Nathan Zamarron will be providing the judging.

All participating athletes will receive a certificate of participation. Gift cards will be awarded for first, second and third place.
