Each ticket costs $10.00. More than one person may share in the raﬄe ticket purchase, but names need to be listed on the ticket. No organization/business name should be placed on the ticket.
No more than 5,000 tickets will be sold.
ELIGIBILITY: The Raﬄe is open to all persons age 18 and over who are legal U.S. residents physically residing in the United States and DC. Oﬃcers, Board of Directors and employees of Special Olympics Kentucky, its agents, consultants, attorneys, independent accountant ﬁrms, and an employee’s or board member’s spouse, parent, child, sibling, or any other persons involved with this promotion are not eligible for any and all prizes.
Each numbered raﬄe ticket stub will be placed in a raﬄe ticket container for the drawing.
Special Olympics Kentucky shall appoint a single individual who will be responsible for maintaining control and security of all raﬄe ticket stubs. Such individual shall certify that all raﬄe tickets purchased have their stubs in the raﬄe ticket container from which the winning raﬄe ticket will be drawn.
The Raﬄe will begin April 1, 2023. The public drawing will be on Friday, July 7, 2023 at 2:00PM EST. Drawing Location: Special Olympics Kentucky State Oﬃce in Frankfort.
You need not be present to win.
Winner will be notiﬁed by phone or certiﬁed mail, if necessary, by July 14, 2023 (within 7 days of drawing).
The winner will be responsible for picking up the prizes. Special Olympics Kentucky will not be responsible for prize delivery. The winner can pick up the prizes at the Special Olympics Kentucky State Oﬃce in Frankfort, KY or in the Louisville, KY oﬃce. If needed, items can be shipped with winner being responsible for shipping costs.
The Raﬄe winner must claim their prize within 30 days from the date the notiﬁcation is mailed or a new winner will be selected.
The Raﬄe winner is responsible for any taxes.
The Raﬄe is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
