2025 Western Kentucky Polar Plunge and Polar 5k

There are so many ways to support Special Olympics athletes at the Western Kentucky Polar Plunge & Polar 5k. You can run or walk one of the most beautiful 5k courses in Kentucky, you can jump off the dock into the lake, you can run into the lake off the beach OR you can do all three and be declared a Polar Plunge Triple Crown winner!
