2024 Western Kentucky Polar Plunge & Polar 5k

Get the Chill of a Lifetime at Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park. You can choose to take the Polar Plunge jumping into the lake off the docks, or running in from the beach. Or you can participate in one of the state’s most picturesque 5k events along the lake, over the dam and past the Kentucky Dam Village Lodge. Do all three and complete the polar Plunge Triple Crown!
