Special Olympics Kentucky gymnasts have led the way both nationally and globally when it comes to gymnastics. Seasoned veterans and newcomers alike will once again compete for state championships in Lexington, Ky.
Squads from throughout the state will compete for state supremacy in a Special Olympics Division at the Cheers to the New Year Cheerleading Competition.
Basketball Teams from Louisville and the surrounding counties compete to advance to the State Basketball Tournament.
Teams from northern and central Kentucky compete to advance to the State Basketball Tournament.
Teams from the western part of the state including Murray, Paducah, Owensboro and Bowling Green among others compete for the opportunity to advance to the State Basketball Tournament.
Teams from across the state will compete for state championships in several divisions. Teams that did not qualify for the State Tournament will be going for the gold in the team skills competition.
