One of the State’s Most Unique Events Returns to Shelbyville in September
One of our most unique events returns to the Shelby County Fairgrounds in 2024. Riders from across the state will meet there on Saturday, Sept. 28, for the 2024 State Equestrian Competition.
The Competition gives riders from therapeutic and private riding organizations throughout the state an opportunity to come together and display their skills.
Athletes will once again compete in multiple disciplines, including English and Western Equitation, Dressage, Showmanship and Working Trails.
Activities get underway at 8:45 with Opening Ceremonies followed by the first competition class at 9 am. The public is welcome to attend and admission to the competition is free.
