Two Events On the 2024 Truck Pull Calendar

How strong is your team? Get ready to gather a team of 15 of your coworkers, friends or neighbors and flex your muscles for Special Olympics Kentucky at one of three 2024 Truck Pulls.

The Lexington Truck Pull will kick off the season when it returns to the Texas Roadhouse in Beaumont Centre on Saturday, August 17. The Paducah Big Brown Truck Pull presented by Drakeway rolls in later in the year on September 19 at Heartland Church.

In Louisville, tradition is taking a fresh turn this year. Instead of the annual Plane Pull at Worldport, we’re holding the UPS Truck Pull presented by BrightSpring Health Services on Oct. 5 at BrightSpring’s east end offices. The change of venue reflects UPS’ decades-long support of SOKY athletes and their inspiring achievements as well as their commitment to operational efficiency.

The Truck Pull provides a great team-building experience for companies and organizations. It features teams of 15 raising a minimum contribution and vying to see how fast they can pull either a loaded UPS 18-wheeler or a fire truck 12 feet. Prizes are awarded to the fastest pulls in men’s, women’s and co-ed divisions, as well as to top fundraisers and to the teams with the most team spirit and the best team t-shirt.

Registration is already open for Lexington and Paducah with the Louisville site opening soon.
