The 20th Annual Texas Roadhouse Armadillo Classic golf outing to support Special Olympics is coming up this Wednesday, Oct. 2. With that in mind, Special Olympics Kentucky is once again celebrating Texas Roadhouse Appreciation Week from Sept. 29 to Oct. 5. Texas Roadhouse Appreciation Week is just one small way for us to say thanks to a Year-Round Partner that has meant so much to our athletes.

In 19 years, the Armadillo Classic has raised more than $2 million to provide sports training and competition, health screenings, leadership programs and early childhood intervention programs for people with intellectual disabilities through Special Olympics. Texas Roadhouse also helped raise nearly $1 million more dollars for Special Olympics by hosting events like the Truck Pull, the Lexington Polar Plunge and Tip-A-Cop events.

To celebrate Texas Roadhouse’s years of legendary commitment to Special Olympics athletes, we’re declaring Sept. 25-30 Texas Roadhouse Appreciation Week throughout Kentucky. What’s that mean for our loyal Special Olympics supporters?
