The 2017 Area Track & Field schedule is complete. Once again this year, Special Olympics Kentucky will hold eight Area Track and Field Meets with all athletes who compete in one of the meets becoming eligible to compete at the 2017 State Summer Games.

Track and field continues to be the most popular sport on the Special Olympics Kentucky calendar with more than 1,500 athletes competing throughout the state. Athletes are required to train prior to the Area Meets and coaches must submit qualifying times or distances with the registration forms for the meets. Registration for each meet must be postmarked by the dates listed.
